So out of curiosity will not having a degree be an issue during the interview process if I’m scheduled for one? This is what I have so far.

I personally would say no issue. I know of a guy that got hired PreCovid and he has no degree. I'm in phase 2 and have 4000 TT and 1100 tpic(part 121), CL-65 type, ERJ 170/190 type and I do have a Bachelor's Degree. I had 1 internal rec and 3 external.
