On the flight deck
In the shuttles
Over a beer at the overnight at the bar
And on every forum, for every airline, for every contract

I bet every shuttle driver knew exactly what the issues were with the last contract just from being in the same vehicle of pilots complaining about the contract.

But yeah, we don’t negotiate in public.
