Doug actually agreed to some very good work rules at AWA. He gave the mechanics an industry leading contract just prior to Covid. What it will take is for the pilot group to collectively grow a pair and let DP know we will no longer work for less than industry standard. The mechanics laid out the playbook. There leaders were very vocal and the operation fell apart. Then they got an injunction. Following that things remained f@cked up. Then they got a contract.
