Is this truly what leadership believes? Or are they downplaying the problem and misleading the investor community?

This is different than what they are telling the employee group. Why are they saying they value our thoughts and ideas for improvement if this is a “singular event”?
I don’t believe they are misleading investors, stock is 24 bucks. 😂 Unfortunately I have a bunch myself, it’ll come back.
