It happens nearly every single time I’m at work. Reach cruise and grab the phone to see how long the sit is at the out station. Gives the Loading message forever and finally fails and says no connection and doesn’t display the cached data.
I have tried it several times on numerous devices. Perhaps you’re connected to the wifi? But it also seems to work via gogo just fine for me.
