Not at all…. I walk in chat for like, you know, 20 minutes…. Putz around on my phone for another 10 minutes…. Look at myself in the mirror…. Do 1 set…. Sit there for another 10 minutes dicking around on my phone.…. Walk around…. Do a completely random set for a completely wrong muscle group on a machine, and absolutely don’t wipe it down…. Sit back down on my bench and look at my phone for another hour. Wrap it up, and call it a good workout!
