There will probably be less than 50 pilots who don't qualify for accommodation and actually get terminated for not meeting the deadline. From the company standpoint, it’s an insignificant number and not an issue. The extremely small number who stand their ground will have zero impact on the operation and the machine will just chug on along without them. The company gets to virtue signal about how our employees are fully vaccinated, and life goes on. I do find it ironic that we brag about the 4 flight attendants in the cabin being vaccinated, but the 170 pax sitting shoulder to shoulder are not.
