If I'm lucky enough to be offered a position I just had, like many others, a serious complication arise with AA's announcement of huge retention bonuses for us wholly owned guys. I believe JetBlue is a great place to be however I cannot ignore what my compensation will be at the end of the day. That said though,I believe the culture and crewmembers at JetBlue will make up for the AA induced headaches that come with that additional compensation and that definitely counts for something !
