DAL and UAL aren’t negotiating with Doug Parker, we are. I don’t care how strong your union is or how competent your negotiators are, you need some good faith negotiations coming back at you from across the table. If one party’s sole intent is to drag out negotiations forever only to be put on ice by some judge 5 years down the road, then no union on earth can secure an ILC.
