Been here 2 months and I cant stand it. Work 5 days a week from 7pm-7am, dedicating 60 hours a week, no time off. Breaking down salary to hourly wage of $7.50. Waiting for freight loading crew to show up while I freeze my a** off waiting for them to show. Wait an additional :30 minutes for the freight company to release you for engine start. Fly at cruise altitude with the cabin temp the same as OAT because the bleeds don't work. Icing boots that dont work and get written off as fixed and later still dont work. Compass gyros that dont work, and HSI's that dont match headings more than 10° between left and right seat. Anti-Ice Vanes that are locked in the open position and MEL'd and deferred because maintenance hasn't got around to fixing it. Having us land at an airport that doesnt have de-ice after arriving with enroute icing. The high likelihood of receiving a violation because the company presses you to fly when something is broken. Yatta. Yatta.

Did you get your PIC there? Lots of pilots come here with the desire to stay 2 years and leave with 1000 hours of ME Turbine PIC. But after a few months as an FO, they can't stand it. And go anywhere they can, like Mesa.
