Just for clarity, it only happens for CJO holders for whom the psychologist “has concerns” after the psychologist interview (used to be on day 2). I know of” a couple of pilots here who got an email while boarding the flight home from the successful interview. Put a real damper on their world for a few weeks, but both got through the PARB.

Don’t know how many get flagged, and thus meet the PARB at all, but I’d guess it’s less than 10% of CJO holders. And again, the vast majority of those keep the CJO after, and aren’t delayed in starting Indic.

Finally, +1 to the fact that if they invite you to interview, they want to hire you. It’s literally yours to lose at that point - you just have to meet the minimum scores in each area to get the CJO. Also +1 to the philosophy that one should spare no expense in app review & interview prep. ‘Gouge’ is out there, and there are a lot of new hires willing to help if asked also. Good luck.
