I have no idea if they are hiring less than 20 because of lack of applicants or some bottleneck in training. I have no idea if they are really only hiring 20/month for that matter.
For a CJO holder, should I look at that as a good thing? I'm trying to make the decision based on what will get me 121 PIC the fastest.
In theory would understaffing effect reserve time?
