Just because the contract doesn't prohibit something, doesn't mean it's a great idea. I don't think shipping junior pilots all around the system in the best interest either the company or pilot group.

This will all be fixed when we hire 1500 pilots next year. But the scars from 1221, no covid CC pull, displacing FOs to the west coast, and so on will remain.
