I use “personal time off” for those kinds of things. I bid vacation based on what months I was to pad my paycheck and I can pick up premium over it since we aren’t going anywhere
I want to cash in my SWAG points for RR points and buy the family airline tickets for vacation to save some $$.
Can't fly on SW if I use personal time off.
