I will also be attending the MTC next month but I only have around 2700 hours and no TPIC. I should be upgrading within 6 months. Will attending be beneficial? if it gives you hope I had 2700 hours when hired in 2019. I was a captain and amassed a grand total of 25 TPIC. I was a sim instructor for my regional and union volunteer. Good luck!
