Agreed. Lets fix Scope first, trip construction next, then commuting. The good news is that the known cost of PS commuting is not that significant relative to the ask in scope and trip construction. It will be an easy inclusion at a low overall cost to the contract.
I hope that it is. I’m not against it, and if we can work it in, fine. I’m way more concerned with scope, trip construction, and reroute rules. Probably toss vacation in there somewhere too.
