Pilot retention is going to become more difficult as candidates start to learn that we are approaching or have crossed the 50% mark of seniority for F9’s projected hiring in the coming years. It’s easier to sell seniority over pay when you’re selling fast upgrades and quick relative seniority. But the ships leaving the station and I think we see a lot more stepping stone/place filler guys in the coming years.
