Not one bit surprised.
I have one personal story of an awesome mainline crew who went out of their way to help me out ( probably westies ), but I have a long list of stories about mainline crews being absolute douche bags. It's gotta be some medication they give them in new-hire training, because I know some really great people who have been hired at mainline.
