Can’t speak to the current process, but there is no sim event at Delta. Also, highly recommend Emerald Coast, or one of several others, for the HR interview. There is
zero excuse for not spending what it takes to secure a multimillion dollar job.
There is a
ton of information here, including earlier in this thread. It can be tough to find/dig out, but do a search for some key terms in this forum, or just start reading. I cannot overstate how much is worth the time invested.
