I’m having flashbacks of the Baldanza days while walking to the gate as of late. Ticket and gate agents yelling at guests! Utter chaos at our ticket counters and some gates. Is this the new normal for us or maybe it’s just air travel in general now?
more so the second part. Especially as fares remain lower then normal.
