Other things you should know, unlike other carriers,, there is NO 401(k) direct contribution from the company until you have 12 months of service with the company. If you spent 12 months at a wholly-owned regional of AA, that does count.
2nd year pay does not begin until 12 months after planned completion of your LOE (check ride). You will know that date (CLASification date) when you select your plane and base in INDOC.
Ok, so basically pass probation to get the 401(k) contribution. That'll definitely be a hit on the first year take home pay for those who want to save for retirement.
