Hopefully I can get into aviate program… it sounds very competitive. I have three failed checkrides on my record so I was heavily leaning for Envoy for the flow. Sigh* those failures will haunt me forever….
How recent are they? 3 is a lot. Not to be mean, but unless there’s a significant amount of time between them and now, you are good at interviews and can talk your way through what you learned and how that won’t be a problem in the future, and you make yourself an exceptional candidate in other ways, that might be a bit of an uphill slope.
