A friend sent me a screenshot of a message they received on ccs.ual.com saying that on September 9 formal notification will be issued that various destinations will require vaccination for entry.

I'm wondering if this is a legitimate message others have received? Also, do you know if this applies only to pilots? Or will it apply to pax too?
