I don't think you'll find a survey of 4000 doctors (although that would be good to see). I'm just saying that it's a logical extension that if people aren't going to their doctor to get it, that it must not be that easy. Certainly would be easier to get a prescription for a $2 pill, than guessing on a tube of apple flavored horse dewormer from amazon or trying to set up a pre-paid telemedicine appointment with no-show providers from "America's Front Line Doctors."
