The US government has an agreement with Australia and you can find companies sponsoring E-3 visas. But that’s regional flying, none of them are medivac.

Yes I have a green card. I wasn't necessarily saying it would have to be medevac, perhaps a suggestion of something along those lines. After 10,000+ hours of Pax jets i'm just looking for something a little more rewarding.
