Having said that, I foresee SLC220B stagnating for a couple years. When SEA220 opened, almost everyone that doesn't live in SLC bailed, and the base was left with 80 B's. To me, that means that the people still there care more about QOL and probably won't move on as fast as other bases/fleets. CR has already said they expect 80 crews for summer 2022, so no growth either despite the new planes coming on.

There'll be some turmoil in the bottom 20-30%, but I wouldn't expect to get senior quickly.
