16 is the norm, 17 is allowed at an over ride that goes above guarantee. It’s rarely used but does happen.
that leaves 14-15 actual work days minus required rest.
it beats commuting in a day early or day late and cuts into those extra 7-11 days off a year.
we keep our air miles and use them to take family on vacation with real tickets not standby.
no crashpads either. Once you leave home you always get a hotel and yes you keep those points too. Our family took a three week vacation and never paid for airfare or hotels the entire time.
our CBA looks more like Kalitta’s before their recent extension.
