Honestly do not look even that far into the process. You literally only need to call Colgans number and ask to speak to A: Karen Chace or B: Chuck Colgan. After a succesful phone interview they may ask you to email Chuck a resume and they will absolutely ask you to complete an app on airlineapps.com. If you are looking at Colgan then you may as well do the airlineapps.com now because it is 100% required so just stay ahead of the game.

Getting hired at Colgan is a very easy process, hell you can even skip half the process and email Chuck your resume out of the blue to [email protected] and in the body of the email state your reasons for wishing to apply to Colgan. They will like your innitiative and you will be at the next interview absolutely guaranteed. Be prepared to get the Q400 though which currently is only at PIT, EWR, ORF and BWI.

Colgan is no shining star but to some people it is a good fit. Take all you hear with a grain of salt and come to your own conclusions. I do not mind it here but keep in mind that there is alot of truth to what people say about the company. Had I not had the seniority I have in equipment it may be a different story and if that were to drastically change then who knows.
