It's obvious at this point the vaccine does not work as it was sold when it first came out. That much is an undisputed fact. Our country has no leadership. Real leaders don't blame other people for their failures.
Interesting that Isreal is now the Covid Capitol of the world, and preparing for a 4th injection. Maybe this is why Biden says we must protect the vaccinated.
