Had a great breakdown from a guy in IAD base. Was curious if anyone in EWR as a reservist has any idea how much or little one may fly (currently) I know the landscape is ever changing.

How much does a 756 EWR reserve FO fly? How often are they sitting short call? Are they being assigned a trip every set of reserve days? Airport standby? How often are they being assigned to IRO? Where is the flying taking them? I’m debating moving to EWR or preferably commuting and I’m hoping it’s commutable. Next summer will be my 1 yr. mark, any idea how long it may take for me to hold a line?
