Typically our attrition is pretty low. I think barely in the double digits every year. I just said TBNT to one of the big 3 for what it's worth. I've decided to call this place home. Not commuting anymore and the QOL here makes me not want to go anywhere else.
Will the hiring from the big 3 effect us? Absolutely but more so from a new hire perspective rather than an attrition one.
