We have a slew of other “industry leading” pairing construction rules. But when we got the contract, the company got rid of the project pilot in scheduling and just put them straight into the sodomizer to contractual minimums, and they were unsustainably bad and caused so many timeouts and fatigues they backed off a little. But we blew thru our premium budget in flight ops real quick this year because it’s still bad, so…it hasn’t really been fixed. We were sold on “industry leading poring construction rules” then when that happened the union said “we didn’t think they’d do that.” Frustrating. Sounds similar to what you guys are experiencing at delta. There are more I can submit in here but it’ll be jumbled and look bad.
