My personal favorite is the Freedom guys I see in ATL. They are by far the worst uniform offenders. Faded navy dockers, no hat, unbuttoned shirt, sagging tie, complete with worn black backpack (clashing of course with the aforementioned faded navy dockers), and visible IPOD. If its cold out throw in a nice non-matching Members Only jacket.
