Do yourself a favor. Go over to the ACMI forums and dispense your wisdom there. Anyone at Envoy who has the slightest bit of sense just ignores you and shakes their head when they see your sad sack posts.
The Envoy pilots deserve better than to have a washed up ex employee trying to whip up a frenzy against his former company. A company mind you that isn't doing anything other than giving these guys one of the best career opportunities of their lifetimes.
LOL, sorry but you guys have destroyed a once great airline. Best thing you guys ever did was to fire me the third time. I live a no stress very happy life, which very very few had at Envoy except those living in base. Before, I had to at least pull my punches a little. Now I can call it exactly as it is. You fools are the biggest group of inept idiots to ever grace an airline. You inherited a fantastic airline that had been built long long ago by people way smarter than you fools. You go along in your cushy jobs oiling and greasing the machine they built to keep it running. You can’t negotiate fair honest work rules because none of you know how to make the infrastructure changes, and none of you want to risk being the guy who screwed something up…. So, nothing gets done, and nothing ever changes. Anybody who rocks your little boat gets called in repeatedly for every little thing to make an example to scare the rest into submission.

The only frenzy is in pilots beating a path out of Envoy, otherwise you wouldn’t need to offer $150k retention bonuses if they stay and flow to AA. Face it, the brain trust over at AAG isn’t much better, they’ve taken a world class airline and walmarted it to the point that it looks like a big LCC instead of a legacy carrier. The exodus to anyplace, rather than waiting to flow tells everything a pilot needs to know about Envoy.

we never stopped flying during the pandemic. We never furloughed. I compare my schedules to guys in my class that flowed, and even to guys that flowed well before me, and not one has said I’d be better off at AA, not a single one. You can keep your 2, 3, 4 & 5 leg days; I’ll keep my 1 and done schedule. Gus actually answer the phone when the company calls around here. Most of us are happy to help if they need us for something. Probably because we are treated like human beings instead of a part number in a machine.
you’ll learn someday.

Envoy had/has the best pilot group in the regional industry. They have to be to put up with your never ending crap.

Stop hiding behind your screen name stirring up trouble.
