First year pay is embarrassingly low - especially considering training pay - not even up to parity with F9. That needs to be fixed in the next contract. But in fairness, you are forgetting the 401k DC which you will get eventually. Doesn’t help a great deal today I’ll admit, but it’s still about $6k the first year. Of course, F9 has that too - and a higher hour guarantee.
