Man, you can't make this stuff up. In October, we have pilots being awarded lines in categories for which they haven't even trained, nor do they have any training scheduled. This is a full up line award, none of the trips show shadow days, so they weren't dropped and put back into open time and awarded later or just sitting in open. The trips are even showing up in icrew as assigned to the unqualified pilots. Made even more ridiculous that these guys are "converting" before the guys in the AE prior to them were converted...we're talking guys going that are coming from the same seat. Me thinks they'll be some nice paydays...is anyone steering this ship?
