When I asked for the CHQ cert, laser beams shot out of the HR interviewer's eyes and the tone of interview changed. I guess if you want a job, you better not have any personal preferences!
Also, If you have any knowledge over and above a regular pilot, keep that in your back pocket. I was a little mystified with that question.
Anyway, I did not get offered a job so maybe this experience could help one of you.
