Just like fashion, music, trends, restaurants, hollywood, ect just because it's "hot" now doesn't mean it will be "hot" in the future. A particular "regional" may offer good pay now, doesn't mean that it will down the road when it gets played off against another "regional" for costs and a concession occurs.
