If you did NOT request it, the union can help you with your options:
1) fly it at 150%
2) elect SUB - and probably get assigned the same trip at 100% pay.
3) refuse the same trip in SUB and get OTP (125% pay when you make it up if anything comes open in open time later)
I don't believe these are your only options. The union should have the ability to get you R-days instead.
