Flex instructor meetings are telegraphing system bid next month due to uneven training rates. 76 needs to grow at a faster rate than say the MD. I’m not exactly sure why this would drive another bid when 20-02 hadn’t trained out either. My thoughts align with what is posted above though.

I’m still waiting to go from bus FO to 76 FO. I have a feeling I will not get trained before a new bid comes out. Not complaining just how I see it playing out.
