I don’t know if I would leave AA but I can tell you that I am an early 2020 hire at Delta and am Detroit based. I have 15 pilots below me and I am bidding 93% on the 320. I love Delta personally, but as far as leaving AA for another major might be the wrong move! Best of luck in whatever you decide.
