New Certificate "English Proficient"
I just received my already superseded plastic certificate in the mail today from the FAA. I was wondering if it would have the new ICAO "English Proficient" endorsement on it, as I received the temp in early January. I checked the back and it says "English Proficient" however it is located under section XIII Limitations.
Just curious as to if that is the correct position for the new endorsement?
