Max 12 hours scheduled duty, maximum 14 hours actual duty.
If actual duty exceeds 12 but is less than 13 hours, minimum 10 hours "behind the door" rest. If exceeds 13 but less than 14, minimum 11 hours "behind the door" rest. If actual duty meets 14 hours minimum 12 hours "behind the door" rest.
