I had a CJO in my pocket and decided to drop to part time instructing since I was at ATP mins. Landed a good office gig and a pretty big promotion headed my way. I still wouldn't make as much as I would as a regional captain, but I was home every night. Needless to say, I start training end of September and I'm looking forward to it. With the times ahead in the industry, I figured now is the time if I'm going to gain seniority quickly. As long as the world doesn't stop again, should be some interesting years ahead.
Congratulations man. It's definitely quite a journey to say the least. Best of luck and as everyone has probably told you get those flows and callouts down cold. Enjoy training as much as you can and be sure to make friends. Those are the ones that can lead to a lot of open doors in the future.
