Pilots have had some record setting W2's in all fleets/seats. The short staffing most definitely has been a windfall for many pilots. We have that to take away as a positive.
The way I see it, we need to realize these Higher W2 earnings ARE NOT PAY RAISES! They are not a result of bonuses, not profit sharing, and definitely not WuFlu/hotel isolation/CIQ incentive pay!

Again... AVA, Draft, vacation buyback are NOT pay raises! I see it as crutches for staff management or mismanagement.
Hourly pay increases (excluding longevity) ended last year, Was that an industry leading contract to be proud of? Do we want a repeat? I sure don't!!!!
