To build on what I’ve already said. After you work your way through the applications (and keep them updated, it’s a chore) of the companies you would like to work for, than I would research who the companies I’d like to work for tend to hire (regional vs ACMI vs corporate/fractional) and do what you can to be that guy. Hopefully, you’ll never get that far in the process before being hired.
