In 2022, they expect to hire more new pilots and have twice as many training events as the busiest year they've ever had. (his words, not mine). They want to be a 5000 flight per day airline (around 42 minutes in).

All of this as they spent quite a bit of time talking about contract negotiations, so it could be the whole carrot vs stick thing. Love to hear numbers like that, and I hope that it all turns out to be true. But, I'm skeptical.
