Nope. NYs Cps are great for family emergencies and FMLA. They truly will bend over backwards to help you.
They just think that you should actually come to work when you are supposed to and not screw over your fellow employees because you are too lazy not to commute to work like you should, or if you abuse sick time.
You know...they want you to be a decent human being and do what they actually pay you a lot of money to do (like sit reserve in base, not use SIN 10 days per month, every month, etc...)
I agree with all of that. I don’t agree with them not following the JCBA.
