What is the current average time between application submission and notification for phone call screening? Has anyone recently received an email about interviews? What was your timeline?

I just submitted an application to Endeavor a couple of weeks ago and wondering how long before notification. Is there any difference in submitting your application on Airline Apps vice the Endeavor website?
