Rumor is if you had any failure in 5 years you just aren’t good enough to work at spirit. Several people have said this and the application I recently submitted did ask if anything had been within 5 years.
Seems a tad on the extreme side especially if your hiccup was minor.
what about DUIs and felonies? Spirit had tons of people prior contract that were felons (child molester) and with multiple DUIs. it changes with demand, as attrition picks up and the pool dries up.
